BLM Named Liable in Desert Race Disaster
Parents of victim of the race car crash that killed 8 people on BLM land in the California Desert last summer are suing the promoters of the race as well as the BLM for their (negligent) Faulty permitting process.http://www.pe.com/localnews/sbcounty/stories/PE_News_Local_D_therrien04.7b80b4ad.html
