BLM: Attempts at Self-Defense

Here on the BLMs own website, they attempt to "Dispell the Myths & Lies" of Wild Horse and Burro Management, though as usual, they dont do a very good job. How do you dispell "myths and lies" with more myths and lies? Dont know but they sure do try;
