On the Index provided to me, DOC 27 (packet) is marked WITH-HELD from disclosure, claiming exemption under #4 of the FOIA laws,.....the reason is indicated as "withheld to consult w/ contractor regarding the release of pricing information"
The documents listed below are not DOC # 27 but am leaving them up cause at this point I dont know where they belong. Due to the docs not being properly marked or indexed, I have no clue as to what sequence they actually belong.
Maybe I will make a call to the DOJ lawyers to see if they could help me sort them all out and get them in the right order, whatever they are and wherever they belong ....
