I am wondering where does the Park Service get these horses? Wouldnt it be wonderful if they used some of the wild ones they run out of the parks every once in a while and sell them at public auction with no limitations, where most of them wind up in killbuyers hands. National Park & Forest Service Wild Horses (and burros) DO NOT enjoy the protections of the 1971 Wild Horse Protection Act, all because of an oversight by the 92nd Congress. Dont you think its time to fix that now, by simple amendment to the Act that would include protection for all of our Nations wild horses on all of our Nations public lands? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpeMkRpMu5w&feature=related
